Reinstatement Date

Definition

The date an excluded individual or entity is removed from the LEIE and may again participate in federal healthcare programs.

Why it matters operationally

Vendors cleared after exclusion need a recorded reinstatement date before you resume payments or access. Screening alone does not prove eligibility restored.
